Whether your week has been the best ever, the worst ever, or somewhere in between, you could probably use a smile. The We Are Happy From website could not only put a smile on your face, it just might get you doing the Happy Dance!
We Are Happy From is a website that shares videos of people from around the world dancing to “Happy” by Pharrell Williams from the movie Despicable Me 2. The owners of We Are Happy From were inspired by the world’s longest video, 24 Hours of Happy, made by Williams, and the videos that pay homage to it.
Since the 24 Hour video was released in November 2013, videos of thousands of joyful folks dancing to that tune have been created across the globe. We Are Happy From has collected those videos so you can traverse the world seeing people dance to “Happy”.
As of this writing 1420 videos from 131 countries have been added to the We Are Happy From website. Watching all of these videos would give you nearly 103 hours of happiness. Can any other website match that?
To add to its global appeal, the website has translations available for:

- Français
- Pyccknn
- Español
- Italiano
- Português
- Deutsch
You can see the videos from around the world by looking at the list of places and clicking on the links. The list of places includes major cities such as Tokyo, as well as smaller places like Sainte-Maxime, France.
The most recent videos have an asterisk by the place names so you can revisit the site and easily find the latest videos.
You can also get a global view of the Happy videos on a map. Go to We Are Happy From map page to see the interactive map plotting the locations of the videos. Click on a dot to watch the video from that place.

Does your town have a Happy video? You can submit your own video to be included in We Are Happy From. Click on the Suggest a Video link at the bottom of the website’s home page to submit a video from YouTube, Vimeo or Dailymotion.
