How The Wonder of Tech Got Started
My name is Carolyn Nicander Mohr and I am a lawyer, wife, and mother to three daughters (including a set of twins). I am a polygadgetist who has been entranced with personal technology since last century. I moved back to the US from the UK in 2010, after having lived there for nearly four years. When I lived in the UK, I helped others who were living far from home use tech to make their lives easier.
In 2006, when I arrived in the UK, most people didn’t know about Skype or GPS devices (called Sat Navs in the UK). They were racking up huge international phone bills and getting lost in their adopted country. I began teaching groups of ex-pats how to use tech to improve their lives. When I moved back to the US, I started The Wonder of Tech so I could continue helping others see how tech can help them.
You know how you get excited to share with friends a great new restaurant you’ve found? That’s how I feel about tech. I want to share with you the best tech I can find to help make your daily life easier and more fun.
