If you’ve ever wanted to touch and feel products in person before you buy them, then you may be excited to hear about the latest store from Amazon — Amazon 4-star. Last week Amazon announced and opened this new store in New York that sells the best of Amazon in a physical store.
The store was announced in a tweet and the grand opening came soon after. What makes Amazon 4-star so different is that it brings the best products on Amazon’s website into a physical store.

What Products Are in Amazon 4-Star Stores
Amazon stocks Amazon 4-star stores with products that it regards as the best on Amazon. The store offers products in categories such as devices, consumer electronics, kitchen, home, fitness, smart home, toys, books, and games.
Products include those that have been rated 4-stars and above. According to Amazon, at the store’s opening, “the average rating of all the products in Amazon 4-star is 4.4 stars, and collectively, the products in store have earned more than 1.8 million 5-star customer reviews.”
Other products in the Amazon 4-star store are those that are new, trending, top sellers and most often included on wish lists. Amazon Echo devices are also featured at the store so you can try out Alexa before investing in an Echo product.

Sample products include the game Codenames (4.8 stars), Lodge 3,5-inch cast iron skillet, Fire tablets, Kindle ereaders, Echo Spot, and others.
What Else You’ll Find in Amazon 4-Star
Amazon has divided up the store into sections, such as “Most Wished For,” “Frequently Bought Together” and “Amazon Exclusives.” There’s also a New York City-based section called “Trending Around NYC.”
Prices will be the same in-store as on-line, with Prime members getting access to Prime discount prices. Shoppers who are enticed by Prime pricing can sign up for a Prime membership in the store.
Ratings as well as customer reviews will be shown next to the products. Sample quotes from product reviews will also be on display.

Monday-Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
Sunday: 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
(Unlike shopping online, you won’t be able to do any midnight binge-shopping at Amazon 4-star…)
So far, Amazon only has announced the New York store. But like Amazon Go, Amazon 4-star might expand to other locations in the future, if Amazon 4-star is successful.

i was thought, amazon is the online store but now it is clear that it is also having store like Wallmart, Kohl’s, JCP, Macy’s
Hi Krook, Yes, Amazon is still an online store but this New York store may mean the beginning of having physical stores too for Amazon. This would be an exciting way to shop but may be bad news for other retailers.
