Hi Carolyn
I normally don’t install many new apps on my phones, but I think that the 2 apps I have used most, on my phone in 2020 is MS Teams and Instagram 🙂
Carolyn Nicander Mohr says
Hi Thomas, Yes, those are two very popular apps that help us stay connected, especially during a pandemic. I hope that you and your family are able to stay healthy and connected during these challenging times.

I guess I have tried all apps after reading your article, It was a fun time pass, but Disney + is not a free app
Carolyn Nicander Mohr says
Hi Jagmohan, Yes, these apps are fun and helpful, which is probably why they are the top of 2020. Some of the free apps are free to download, but then require payment to use them. You’re right, Apple should probably not have included Disney+ on the list of free apps.

Hi,
Your article is about the best app 2020 so I wanna know is there any app that notifies you when someone takes a screenshot?
Thanks.
Carolyn Nicander Mohr says
Hi Alex, Great question. Notifications of screenshots generally happen within an app. For example, FaceTime notifies you when a screenshot is taken.
So if you’re concerned about screenshots for a specific app, you may want to research what happens with that app. See, Lifewire, Does Instagram Notify You of Screenshots Taken by Someone Else?

Thank you for these suggestions, I will be trying out all of the Apple suggested apps, especially Disney+ and Tic Tok for they are the most popular, I guess.
