Biblicious
Do you consider yourself an expert on the Bible? Have you been doing a daily Bible reading on YouVision? If you want to test your biblical knowledge, check out Biblicious, an app that will test how well you know the Bible in a fun and challenging trivia game. You can set the game for single or multi-player game mode, timed or untimed, and the number of questions in the game.
You can choose the Old Testament, New Testament or the entire Bible. Answers are multiple choice so you won’t be struggling trying to fast-type your responses.
If you tire of the multiple choice format, you can try the Single Player Mix & Match game. In this format, a question is asked and possible answers float past the screen. You press the correct answer as it floats by.

The game starts with a peppy announcer reading you the question in his best professional game show host voice. (Be warned, don’t try this game late at night with your significant other sleeping peacefully next to you.) His enthusiasm for the game is contagious and soon you find yourself hooked on the game.
When you answer a question correctly, you earn Manna. Answer wrong and you lose Manna. The game is connected to iTunes Game Center so you can try to earn a place on the Manna Leader Board!
You can submit questions to be included in a later version of the game. If you become a really big fan of the game, you can purchase Biblicious gear.
Biblicious is available for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch in the iTunes App Store. There is a free version or a paid version for $3.99.

But yes, I have read the Bible that took me quite sometime, which was years ago. But reading it online is news to me!
I like the name ‘Biblicious’ 🙂 of the application and would be good way to test how much you really know of the Bible. I think this is a great way to learn more about the Bible, if you really don’t know much through the question and answer session.
Never really had that kind of time to try out trivia games, though my kids keep doing that whenever they are online. 🙂

Now that is another cool app Carolyn. Of course I’ve never been very good with games but I’d love to give it a try. I may have to break down and check this one out so stay tuned for further developments.

I’m definitely getting this game Caroline. Thanks for sharing. I have neglected reading the Bible and this will be a great way to connect again. And I’m going to check out the Google Play Store as well, coz I’d love to have it on my tab as well.
This looks like such a fun game. It’d be ideal for children as it’s sometimes hard to keep them motivated reading the bible. Too bad it’s not for Android as well though, that would have really been a great addition as we don’t have any Apple products in our family.

Cool app. We have a bible quiz team at the school and this would be a good addition. My son already uses an iPad for his bible. I’ll have him check it out. Nice to see good apps with a biblical view. Thanks for sharing it!

That sounds much interesting application, though I’m not that quite often reading a bible but I think its fun and lots of good ideas found in here. This will be a great example of a trivia to teach or to learn more about the good things found in the bible.
