Daily Bible Inspiration with Tech!

The estimated reading time for this post is 4 minutes

If you’re looking ahead to the new year, you may have set inspirational goals for yourself. If one of those goals is to get daily inspiration from the Bible, you can use these tech tools to help.

Daily Bible Inspiration with Tech

Get daily doses of Bible verses, insights and more with these tools. Whether you have just a few minutes to spare or a lot of time to devote, you can find something to suit your needs.

You don’t need a smart phone or tablet to use some of these. Whatever device you’re using to read this article you can use for some of these tools.

Stillspeaking Daily Devotional

Get a daily dose of Biblical inspiration in your email inbox or to your phone via text message with the Stillspeaking Daily Devotional. These messages sent daily from the United Church of Christ are intended to “feed your spirit” and include a Bible passage, an interpretation of that passage from a minister, and a prayer.

These devotionals are nondenominational and intended to help you relate the Bible to your daily life. A few paragraphs long, these messages take a short time to read but may stay in your mind for a long time.

Stillspeaking Daily Devotional

You can sign up for free to have these emails delivered to your inbox or sent to your phone via text message each day at: Stillspeaking Daily Devotional United Church of Christ. You can also visit that page to read past Daily Devotionals.

Daily Bible Inspirations App

The Daily Bible Inspirations app gives you notifications each day with a Bible passage over a scenic image. These passages are selected by pastors to give you Biblical inspiration each day.

Daily Bible Image quotes

This app is available in English, with Spanish, Korean and Chinese translations.

You can set a reminder to get a notification each day about the daily passage. Set the reminder for any time during the day or night to get a notification at your convenience.

You can save your favorites by tapping the star and share passages with others on social media from within the app.

The app is free and you can remove ads for $1.99.
