How Daily Shine Texts Work
Daily Shine Texts arrive via a text message to your phone or by Facebook Messenger Monday through Friday each week. People outside the U.S. cannot get text messages from Shine but can get Daily Shine Texts on Facebook Messenger. Shine also has apps for iPhone and Android that can show you the Daily Shine Text.
The daily text from Shine contains an inspirational message, as well as a link to a longer article with more information about that message. If you don’t have much time, just read the one-sentence text message. If you have a few minutes, use the link to get more inspiration.
The link will take you to an article with a personal greeting at the top. The article offers helpful information about your well-being, with research-backed information about confidence, daily happiness, mental health and/or productivity.
