Many thanks to the Wonder of Tech readers who voted in last week’s Polls: Your Choice, Your Voice! From the results of the polls and suggestions I have received from Wonder of Tech readers, I have changed the format of The Wonder of Tech. Instead of publishing posts that have multiple topics, I am splitting my posts into separate topics and may be posting several short posts in one day so you can find topics of interest to you more easily.

I hope you are enjoying the new format!

I didn’t even realize I had a data cap till I read your blog yesterday. I found out it’s pretty big but I still didn’t know about it. I got that data man app so now I won’t have to worry about going over my data cap.

Do I have to worry about a data cap with wifi too?

Hi Andrea, You shouldn’t have to worry about using Wi-Fi with your smartphone or 3G tablet. Most home Wi-Fi plans do not have data caps, but you can check with your internet provider if you want to be sure.
