If you’re a fan of Wordle, you may be working on a record streak or hoping your starting word will be today’s winner. But when you’re finished playing Worrdle, you may have a craving for more word game fun!
The good news is that there are other word games to satisfy your thirst for word games. Two of the most fun games that are similar to Wordle are Quordle and Sedecordle. As their names imply, these games are variations of Wordle and will seem familiar to you as you start to play them. And they take the challenge of solving word puzzles to new levels!
About Quordle and Sedecordle
Quordle and Sedecordle are simple to learn and difficult to master. As with Wordle when it started, Quordle and Sedecordle are web apps. To play you go to websites, not apps, and you must play on the same device to continue your streak.
The good news is that there is no need to register for an account. And both games are free to play. So you can begin having fun right away!

Quordle
Like Wordle, with Quordle you must try to guess five-letter words. But unlike Wordle, with Quordle you must solve four five-letter word puzzles at once. Head to the Quordle website to begin having fun with Quordle.
You get nine guesses to solve all four puzzles. In other words, you can have up to five incorrect guesses for each Quordle game.
As with Wordle, letters guessed in their correct places turn green in Quordle. Correct letters in incorrect places turn yellow, just like Wordle. Green and yellow squares appear on the keys for letters you’ve correctly guessed. Incorrect guessed letters are shaded on the keyboard.
There is a daily Quordle game so you can compete (or compare your Quordle journey) with your friends.
The keyboard for Quordle appears below the four puzzles. After you type the letters for your first guess and hit Enter, the letters you guessed will appear in all four puzzles. Or not, if the letters aren’t in the winning word for that puzzle.
If solving four puzzles at once sounds intimidating, but you’d like to give Quordle a try, you can start off by solving some practice puzzles. You don’t need to start with the daily Quordle puzzle. Instead, try some practice games first.
Above the four Quordle puzzles are tabs for Daily and Practice puzzles. Click or tap the Practice tab to begin trying Quordle.
After you feel comfortable, try the daily Quordle puzzle. You’ll soon develop your own strategy for solving four puzzles at once.
Hit the drop-down arrow at the top of the screen to see the Stats section. You can see the length of your streak and your statistics for the number of guesses you made to solve each game.
Sedecordle
Ready for even more of a challenge? Try Sedecordle where you solve 16 Wordle puzzles at once. That’s right, 16 puzzles. You can start playing at the Sedecordle website.
Like Quordle, with Sedecordle, you have the opportunity to have five wrong guesses. You have a total of 21 tries to guess 16 puzzles correctly.
The keys on the keyboard show small yellow and green squares for each letter correctly guessed. The green and yellow squares on the keys are positioned according to the puzzles in which they appear. For example, if you correctly guess the letter i in the correct place in the sixteenth Sedecordle puzzle, the green square will be in the lower right corner of the i key.
You can do daily or practice puzzles. Click the gear icon at the top of the page to choose whether you want to do the daily or a practice puzzle. You can also choose whether you want to do puzzles with four, five, or six letters.
Does Sedecordle sound crazy? It’s actually a lot of fun!
Hear me out…
I find Sedecordle actually easier than Quordle or Wordle. Why? Because you can eliminate so many letters by solving puzzles. As you go along guessing words, you eliminate a lot of letters. You may also guess letters correctly and arrive at one of the puzzles to find all, or nearly all, of the letters in their correct places.
You can jump around puzzles to find where your guessed letters have landed. Before you know it, you’ll have solved all sixteen puzzles! And then Sedecordle will celebrate your success!
